Life Fitness' new Ab Crunch Bench

SAN FRANCISCO – March 17, 2005 – Life Fitness, the leading manufacturer of a full line of cardiovascular and strength-training equipment, today at IHRSA introduced a new abdominal bench designed so users can perform abdominal crunches with unparalleled ease and effectiveness. With its patent-pending AbCam System, the new Life Fitness Ab Crunch Bench allows exercisers to perform an effective, natural crunch movement which minimizes hip flexion.

Simple to use, the Life Fitness Ab Crunch Bench does not require users to make any adjustments or perform additional steps to start exercising. In addition An open frame area between the back pad and the foot pegs allows the user to enter and exit easily, and the back pad and the foot pegs are optimally positioned for comfort and stabilization.  In addition, an integrated weight horn lets exercisers add resistance.

The bench also incorporates design elements from other Life Fitness strength products, including aesthetically-pleasing flat oval tubing and contoured cushions, as well as Life Fitness’ renowned durability.
